The owner and chief executive, formed the company in 1999.
Mr. Mechaalani has decades of experience managing valet and parking services. He formed Accord Valet and transportation services to respond to the specific needs of certain clients that would accept only the highest level of service, responsibility and attention to detail.
He also started this firm with a new philosophy: “only the highest level of service would be acceptable for his clients”.
The company was instantly successful because of its provision of services and the knowledge of the city to include concierge services, locating amusement parks, arranging city tours, assisting in car rental and other requests such as finding medical centers for his overseas clients.
Accord Valet recognizes that valet service is critically important. In nearly every guest interaction, the valet attendant is the first and last person who greets the guests providing them with the services requested. Accord Valet’s superior service has won rave guest reviews in the restaurants, office buildings and hotels it services.
The consistent level of praise earned by its valet attendants it’s not by coincident.
The Operations Director, personally oversee the training of each valet attendant in the company, and inspects all sites routinely to monitor the level of service provided, inspects each site to assure that Accord’s valet attendants provide the exemplary level of service for which it is known.
Accord Valet provides state of the art access control equipment, claim checks, key cabinets, and all required permits and licenses for each of the properties. The company is bonded and licensed in the cities where it holds parking services contracts. In addition to parking services and management, Accord Valet provides expert design and consultation services under all divisional banners, valet parking, hotel parking, special events parking, and commercial parking.
Accord Valet implements comprehensive revenue control audit program to prevent revenue control manipulation and provide security where cash collections are accepted. Accord Valet maintains Comprehensive General Liability Insurance and Excess Liability Policies.
Accord Valet complies with all federal and state laws in all aspects of it is business and it operations. Regulations such as Americans with Disabilities Act, (ADA), Senate Bill on Safety (SB198) and CAL OSHA, are strictly enforced and complied with.
